Who better to promote Sure Insurance Claims than the people who deliver them every day?

Brother and Co worked with the Sure team to help create, launch and manage the brand post-launch. 

In a little over 5 years, Sure Insurance had grown to become one of the fastest-growing insurance brands in Australia, thanks to a focus on value and cover specifically designed for the regions. 

To date, the bulk of marketing efforts had focussed on the brand’s desire to deliver a fairer kind of insurance and the tangible savings it was able to deliver to many of its customers in regional Queensland as a result. 

Next, it was time to promote the Sure claims experience—arguably the most important part of the customer experience for any insurance brand. 

Where much of the brand and savings messages featured real customers to deliver a sense of authenticity, the claims campaign would feature Sure Claims team members to do the same.

We relied on them to act as the face of the brand and to tell of how Sure strives to handle customers’ claims, whether big or small, efficiently, with warmth and compassion and the brand’s trademark ambition for fairness.

The creative featured claims team members retelling stories of the types of claims they’ve helped resolve, from big to small. 

Peppered with strong brand codes and whimsical visualisations of the claims, the campaign was both genuine and positive, distinct and bold.
