Luminoso Recruitment are creative talent specialists, a great niche often exploited by larger corporate recruiters.

In the recruitment sector, marketing budgets are generally spent on recruiting for roles, not corporate brand promotion.

With some cunning thinking, the help of Hardy Audio and a heap of time in the recording booth, we created “Devious Demos”.

A voice-over talent ‘read’ that was actually a brand ad for Luminoso, actually 88 ads to be precise.

The result? More talent on Luminoso’s books, less time fighting Goliath.
